Flower Water

Flowers are a great way to show love and appreciation towards yourself and others.

Flowers hold special healing properties that help us reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. They also help boost confidence self-esteem and self-love.

Flowers are wonderful for anyone who is looking to heal. All you need to do is keep an open mind and an open heart. The flowers are here to help you.

One thing I have started to practice is adding a freshly picked flower to my water. Make sure the flower you have picked is safe to ingest (you do not have to eat the flower).

I first look at the flowers in my yard and feel which ones I am drawn to. Listen to your intuition and you will know which flower to choose. You may feel a feeling of ease or light heartedness.

Before picking the flower, I always thank it for providing beauty and life.

After I have chosen my flower I give it a gentle rinse and put it into my water. Once my flower is in the water, I put my hands over the glass and ask the flower to enhance the healing properties of my water.

Next you want to clear intention and gratitude into your water. You can say a prayer, ask for healing or simply send a little love into your cup. The flower will know just what to do to help both your physical and energetic body.

Once I have set my intention, I take my glass outside and set it in the sun for just a few minuets. The sun charges and magnifies not only the flower but the water and the intention set into it as well.

The sun is like cayenne pepper; it gives things a little kick. In other words, a little boost of energy.

The sun has many healing properties such revitalization, reawakening the skin, and it brings joy; the best way to heal your body and mind is to be happy. It also helps to charge and liven things up.

If you are feeling a little blue, try sitting out in direct sun for just a couple of minuets.

The sun will send you a boost of energy. This usually makes me feel better, especially after spending too much time looking at a screen.

So now you have the elements of earth -the flower- , water, and sun. These three elements will help ground and center both your energetic and physical body.

When we become aware of how our bodies are impacted by the earths natural elements we can use them as tools and implement them into simple everyday practices such as flower water.

This is a super easy and fun way to incorporate the healing benefits of flowers into your life. Have fun with it and make it your own.

If you want to take your water one step further, try placing your cup on top of a crystal. Crystals are also energy boosters, cleansers, and provide wonderful healing properties.

Be mindful where your thoughts are when you are energizing your water. The more clear and direct your intention is, the better results your body and being will receive.

with warmth,

Aiyana 🌟
