Why Do I Feel So Stuck?

We tend to go through phases in which we feel we cannot get out of.

For some of us, this may be depression, anger, sadness, feeling lost, confused, worthless, and way more other emotions we experience.

Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where we feel stuck; what we want to feel just seems to be so far away.

But you have to remember that you are the one telling yourself that. You need to know that your desire is within your reach; trust that everything is working out in your favor.

This does not always mean we get exactly what we want, but it does mean we are getting closer to what we need. Know that everything will be okay, and you do not always have to worry.

Things tend to work out in beautiful ways. When feeling stuck, look into why you feel this way.

Ask yourself why you feel this way. Does it have to do with yourself? With your lover? Your friends/family? What it is you feel when you ask yourself this question?

Get in tune with your body and heart. When we let ourselves open up to what we are feeling, it is way easier to get to the root of what might be bothering us.

You may need to look into this situation further. It is important you find out what is making you feel so weighted down. Once you figure out how you feel it will be much easier to move forward and get out of the negative space you feel you are in.

Know your desire is within reach, know that everything will be okay, and look into your situation. You can do these things by going into mediation.

Personally, I enjoy sitting alone in a quiet and peaceful place. This can be your room, the park, the beach, the forest or any other place you feel most relaxed or safe in. Close your eyes and let yourself go.

Don't force yourself to see or feel something. Take some deep breathes and let everything come to you.

Meditation definitely takes practice and time. Within time, it will get easier and you will find your flow.

Everyone's mediation experience is different. Try not to compare it to what you think it should be.

Just relax and be yourself.
